I'm a full-stack engineer, which in practice means I'm comfortable owning a feature from the first conversation with product through to the release and the numbers that come after it. Which part of the stack it lives in matters less to me than whether it works for the people using it.
Most of what I do isn't greenfield. It's work on systems that already have users, where you can't pause everything to clean up: moving a legacy module to TypeScript while other people keep shipping into it, adding tests in the few places that actually prevent incidents, making the pipeline strict enough that a broken release stops before it reaches anyone. It isn't glamorous, but it usually decides how fast a team can move six months later.
I lead a team of five. Most of that is technical design, code review, and keeping people unblocked. I'm based in Poland and work with teams across the EU.

Simple Job Tracker
Side project
A tool for running a job search: applications and interview stages in one place, CV versions kept against each one, and analytics on what actually converts. Built and shipped solo, front end through to the API and the box it runs on.
scene-dedupe
Open source
A command-line tool that finds photos of the same scene in a folder, including the ones you took a step to the left. Most duplicate finders compare perceptual hashes, which fall apart as soon as the camera moves. This compares DINOv2 embeddings instead, matching on what is in the frame rather than how the pixels line up, then writes the groups back as XMP tags that digiKam, Lightroom and Immich read.

An AI-powered feature that reads insurance documents and populates application forms automatically, removing a large chunk of manual data entry for end users. Built into the platform's core order-placement flow alongside GraphQL APIs and third-party vendor integrations.
Release Quality & CI Gating

Expanded Playwright coverage over critical user flows and tightened CI gating in GitHub Actions, cutting regressions in those flows by 27%. Paired with a TypeScript migration of legacy modules and Codex-assisted PR reviews to reduce manual review effort.
